In the event that you require a repair to be carried out, we are afraid that most MB&G approved repairers have had to close in light of the Covid-19 restrictions. This also applies to most independent repairers. Where possible, we will try and resolve the issue, or at the very least, ensure that we have all of the necessary information to help facilitate a repair as soon as possible. Please complete the relevant claim form, send any additional information requested and we will be sure to contact you with the progress of your claim.
