What to do in the event of a warranty claim.
Please refer to your warranty documentation, in the How To Make A Claim section. Failure to follow this procedure may mean that we are unable to process your claim. Please select the type of claim you wish to make:
Due to national lockdown restrictions (November 5th 2020) some MB&G approved repairers may have closed. We are currently receiving ALL new claims and strongly advise you to complete the relevant claim form below, so that we can give your claim our urgent attention. In the event that your local approved repairer is closed, we will try and resolve the issue. Ensuring we have all of the necessary information will help us facilitate your claim as soon as reasonably possible.
